What Zen Trader is
Zen Trader is an analytics and journaling tool. It reads your trading history from the accounts you connect, checks it against rules you write, and shows you reports and alerts. It cannot place, change or cancel orders and it cannot move funds.
What Zen Trader is not
Zen Trader is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a portfolio manager. Nothing in the app is investment advice, a recommendation or a signal. The AI features describe your own past trades and check your own ideas against your own rules. Every trading decision is yours.
Your account and your keys
You must be at least 18. Connect only accounts that are yours. Use a read-only Bybit API key; keys that can withdraw are rejected. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the keys you create on your exchange.
Your data and your content
Your trading data, rules, notes and screenshots stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy
We work to make every number match the venue, and we show the difference when it does not. Data can still be late, incomplete or wrong, because venues change their systems and have limits on history. AI output can be wrong. Check anything that matters against your exchange before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, scrape it, resell it, use it to break the law, or connect accounts you are not allowed to access.
Price
Zen Trader is free during the founding period. If a paid plan starts, nothing is charged unless you choose it.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is. We may change, pause or end features. We will try to give notice of changes that matter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses arising from your use of Zen Trader. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without taking away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
